As a reminder, we require a final roof permit to validate roof ages. We also require documentation of a valid flood policy to be in effect for ALL homes within a 3-mile distance to the coast, to be verified by Underwriting, unless windstorm is excluded.

All homes in Lee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties, regardless of age, must meet the PTI home inspection requirement.

Additionally, we are expanding our footprint in Palm Beach County by lifting restrictions on construction age and opening zip codes along the coast.
