We were recently made aware of a bug in our policy management system, Slate, that, in certain instances, caused properties to show as being in a closed ZIP Code when this was not actually the case.

People's Trust Insurance is open in most areas of the state, including Tri-County, with the exception of areas directly on the coast in some recently affected hurricane-damaged areas.

The system bug has been corrected and we encourage you to go to PTI.Agency/Open-Counties-Map for a visualization of open ZIP Codes and a list of the limited ZIP Codes where we are actually closed.
